Why i am leaving this forum

I am 90 years old and have been on this Forum longer than anyone else here. I joined up shortly after the MAJOR started it.
He would not recognize it today.

Back then all of us were patriots and we were allowed to argue intelligently and vigorously as mature men do. Now we have to put on dainty gloves, have Lord Chesterfield manners and tolerate the posts of the Jackass Togor that Pat has appointed as a Moderator. And as Tom pointed out in his last post we now have communists on board. Pat has destroyed this forum and that is why few new members are joining and the oldsters are leaving or just going inactive.

As for me, I am fed up reading the apologies of the Super Moderator and I am leaving.

True. But if you had him on ignore before he made moderator he will still be on ignore. Once made into a mod you can't put him on ignore. He is still on my list.

So yer backs are against the wall? How come? No argument? No evidence? If you can put a point across that makes sense then you should be able to win the argument. To many people here want to just repeat the mantra: dems bad. libs bad. left bad. Or: it ain't like it was in the old days. or when I was a kid or whatever. I'm 70(and proud of it), I know the drill. Your/our enemy has the advantage. He is on board with progress and change. Young people are always going to challenge the past. It's kind of a good thing. Taking down civil war statues? It's probably time. I know, I know, it's sad and agitating. What's nice about this forum is it's really just a bunch of old guys blabbing. You don't really want to get Really Political. Check out the Real Political sites. It's kids yelling at each other OR one personality dominating the whole board. Well, a little like we have here but not mentally unstable. I can't help but nod at some of "our enemies" posts because it's easy for them to rebuke. You have to be armed with a counter argument. There is always a counter argument. But we're old and tired. Don't have the fire.

It's to late, the damage is done and irreversible to this forum. I'm one of the lucky ones that pot togor on ignore long ago so it's still on ignore. I said "it" because I don't know if "it" is a male or female, see now I've done it I've not used the proper pronoun to describe a unknown WOKE who by the way is delighted to make your life as miserable as possible. After all that's what WOKE people's goals in life are, to make everyone else's life as miserable as theirs, pretty pathetic huh. These same people are the exact people that would hold your kids and grand-kids or you down with goons and give you the shots you don't want or even send you to the ovens. I'm heart broken that I might have offended it. If it angers someone that I have handed back some of the same crap they have been dishing out for years well tough chit, get over it and be a adult. I wish Dick had not died this crap would have never gotten started, I don't know how he would have handled it but I suspect he and Gloria would have had a house sweeping and took the trash out once and for all. So this is what were stuck with until it dies or gets cleaned up and regains a reputation of being a place people want to be and exchange ideas and experiences without some WOKE crap being dropped on them, do you think it's going to happen? I do not believe in the parallel universe theory; based on the Sid's comment I wonder if there were not two CSP shooter forums.

Sid, I do appreciate all of your effort, forgive me for not remembering any communication we might of had. You are 90 and I am 82, I am not looking for sympathy and do not expect understanding, but like everyone else at 82 I have began to loose old friends. My regret is about all the good things I never said.
