    Yer outa here

The rent moratorium is actually going to expire in two days. After numerous extentions, this time they really mean it. Or not? More forgiveness ahead? There's fifteen million renters in the country. For easy numbers, $1000 a month. That's fifteen million thousand a month piling up. A lot of money for you and me but not the U.S. gov. OK, so some of the renters aren't stupid. They have been working and stashing the money and getting Government Free Money and not paying their rent. What a life. But that's not the general renter. There will be some pain and you will see it on the six o'clock news. Will Tonto and the Lone Ranger show up in time? Stay tuned.

They would need to move out anyway due to all the big screen TV's, Ipad's and other crap they have bought the past months filling the places up.

Biden's already whinning to congress about another extension and they want to make the $300 a month per child $ permanet. S-O-C-I-A-L-I-S-M.

Most of those renters didn't save a penny, quiet the opposite. Most enjoyed the good life and know they will be tossed out after all is said and done and many are good with that, heck they got to live for free for how long so life is good. Some did the smart thing and saved that money so they could continue to live on the give anyways for some time and yes it was still free to them, taxpayers on the hook again. A lot of them will move in with mom and dad or grams and gramps again because they will get free living and meals and god knows what else, but they wont be paying for it or mowing the lawn or taking the garbage out, disgusting slugs these types are , they should be living on their own like a real adult working and being a productive member of society rather than a disgusting slug. We must be picking on them, poor baby's, I'm a racist because I wont feel sorry for the slugs and I really don't give two squirts of man water about the liberal progressive feelings.

Does anyone know what it's been like for the landlords and the bankers? Have they been chit-out-of-luck collecting rent or has the gov stepped in to pay for their lib voters tab?

I know the gov has control over fed insured mortgages but what about the other type loans?

I'm sure it has been very bad for many of the landlords and probably financially destroyed many except the corp. owned, they will get by and in some cases by the bank owned stuff they will get tons of tax dollars from the dems so they come out great. The mom and pop outfits took it in the @ss. Remember the bail outs, this time in a bad enough situation it could easily be a bail in using your retirement and savings, there's nothing this group of goose steppers wont do and they don't care about the middle class (if theirs any left). On the lighter side gas continues it's climb to the goal set by hair sniffer and his but buddy Barry. Local Shell station this morning regular is now 3.96.9 per gal all other well over 4 bucks per. Warms the heart to know they are looking out for ya, huh.

Had one renter skate for six months; property manager was able to evict him in March during a short gap in the moratorium. Sister tried to pay one month's rent but it didn't work. Had a bad feeling about that pair from day one as they wanted the unit right away, would not wait.
Purposely didn't get over extended when looking to rollover the 1031$.

Have heard there is a landlord's group forming to fight another moratorium. Hope the 'Rats try it.
