Sweden is hosting NATO air war games. The have increased their defense budget by 67% (gotta check the time frame) and increasing cooperation with the alliance. This is a real sea change from their neutrality during the post WWII period.

More significant than the goat ropers.

Increased Defense budget 2021-2025 by 40%, increased size of armed forces by 67%.

"The plan will see the armed forces grow from the current 55,000 positions to 90,000 by 2030. Several disbanded regiments will be reestablished and the number of conscripts will increase to 8,000 annually, which is a doubling compared with 2019. The Navy will receive new equipment, including a fifth submarine, and upgrades in armaments."
