Axios reported 212,672 migrants were taken into U.S. custody in July. Of those, 82,966 were family members, 18,962 were unaccompanied teenagers and children, and the rest were single adults. The over 200,000 number is the highest in 20 years. Unaccompanied minors crossing the border increased 24% from June to July. The average number of unaccompanied children in CBP custody was 1,363 per day in July, compared to a daily average of 794 in June.
These numbers are beyond belief.
