Not all the Americans in Afghanistan live near the Airport ...

This bunch of cretins in the White House seem to think they do.
How the Hell to they get there when they might live across the country
A country teeming with Taliban. This would make a good Keystone Cops movie

You should tell them what you think. Write a letter of something.

This fact led the two Congressmen who went to Afghanistan to conclude that a wrap-up by 31-August is the right move for this big evacuation. Because it will take a lot longer and need Taliban cooperation to get others out, both US and non-US.

What I do not understand. Officials are saying they will help our citizens that "want" to leave. Considering the circumstance who in their right mind would want to stay? Is this their out to justify those left behind. Easy to say they wanted to stay. Especially if you never hear from them again to ask or verify they wanted to stay.
