Return to the the draft or just adding women to the Selective Service registration?

Guessing the second. Don't have a problem with that.

The Pentagon will have to start drafting women in order to receive funding after House Democrats amended the defense budget.
Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (D., Pa.) put forward a measure on Wednesday to require all women over the age of 18 to register for selective service. Houlahan said her policy would best draw on the "talents of our entire nation." Only one in three women, however, support adding women to the draft, according to an Ipsos poll. Republicans pilloried the legislation. Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R., Mo.), a House Armed Services Committee member, lampooned the prospect that millions of America’s daughters could be put needlessly in the line of fire.

sounds like selective service to me

Some copywriters and editors and bloggers don't know the difference between Selective Service registration and an actual draft.

The US haasn’t had a draft since 1974. All this is a requirement for registration for a draft if ever brought to fruition. Poor repub snowflake XX’s. Hell yes put them in the line of fire! What’s the matter Ray? Afraid to share your moments of machismo with the girls?

don't forget the Dems will allow you to identify as you wish , so that girl in the foxhole may have been born a male, and may be bigger and stronger than you

For those who care, the DePugh Bunker, or the Hay Hole is a two-man fighting position developed in the Viet Nam war, and is still standard.

Passive-aggressiveness is such an awkward trait.

He still misidentified the provisions for how the Purple Heart is awarded.

That raises some very serious concerns.

                              wow,,,

                              an admission of being wrong,

we should celebrate this day, it's a first,

no idea on the GWOT,, however I did work for a guy once that said there were plenty dug in Germany post VN war,

he was drafted, finished out Boot when they stopped sending people to VN, and went to Germany instead,

he was lucky, he got to sleep in the field in a truck , while the rest in his unit were out digging holes,
