They're obviously nowhere near as smart as their 1969 counterparts.
I'm guessing they were educated under the new rules where they no
longer have to take exams in order to graduate.
They seem to have spent all the years since testing to see how bugs liked
being subjected to weightlessness. Probably waiting for the bugs to tell them.
The should been on Mars by now, fifty some years later.
Are we witnessing de-evolution like in the case of our new President ?
