Ray it's a Durham case as he winds down his time as holdover special prosecutor. What I read says it's a thin case at that.

Question....are indictments as good as convictions in your book?

Enough info for an indictment, in other words there's probably cause.. The trial will determine whether there's enough evidence for the conviction.. Apparently federal prosecutors think there is....She is the 2nd one charged, the first one struck a plea...I bet she will also!

In an unrelated note, but sign of the times, the DOJ IG recommended charges against the (now retired) FBI agent who completely botched the Larry Nassar case and was caught lying about it. Apparently Bob Barr declined to prosecute last September. Who cares about a bunch of women gymnasts anyways right?
