    Don't know if you noticed or not, but the terrain was very flat. The horses were used to control the people trying to get into the U.S.

        The point was not the terrain but the claim that 4-wheelers can replace horses. The Border Patrol has mounted agents because they need to go places 4-wheelers can't.
