our local group of smarter than you and I folks,
decided to erect a statue at he VMFA,

they had just renamed the Boulevard, to Arthur Ashe Boulevard,

so instead of moving the crappy statue they have of him to the VMFA or to AA Blvd,, they erect one that looks surprisingly like one that was removed last year,

only instead of a white dude on a horse, it was a blackish dude with dreads on a horse,


the press fawned
the local feel good liberals fawned

everyone else rolled their eyes and moved on
