    Fake White House?

What is with the fake White House that Biden's press reports are coming from. Looks like a set from Saturday Night Live.

    Said by someone else:

"Fake President sitting in fake oval office with fake flowers in fake window says what?"

It's 2021, soon to be 2022. Fake president; what does that mean? Does it mean you are one of the group that still believes that the election was stolen? Arizona has gone to great leghths to prove that wasn't the case(a lot of people with nothing else to do, but not saying it wasn't a good effort). It was never the case. The truth will prevail. I think that might be in the bible.

Fake? I'm thinking more along the lines of February 2, 1977 and another demokrat who sat in the office wearing a sweater, w/ a fire in the fireplace when everyone else was wearing short sleeves ... talking about malaise. Never have had much use for politicians who want to act like the national conscience ala left-wing liberal wet dream. Sincerely. bruce.

So you're saying that candidates pandering to the moralizing wing of their party puts you off? If so then I agree with you. The whole "Moral Majority" era was fake as fake could be.

That said there isn't conclusive proof that the most recent GOP nominee wasn't (isn't?) the antichrist.

The whole idea of it is very fitting for this administration.

Re: Carter. I remember that particular broadcast. I remember when he was elected. I remember when he was defeated. Sad chapter in American political history. I graduated into the last little bit of his troubled economy. Moved to New Orleans ... just about the same time Reagan came into office. The change was remarkable ... especially at the street level in New Orleans. Jobs opened up, etc. Never saw Reagan behind the desk in a sweater. Just remember him as a remarkable strong example of executive leadership. Sincerely. bruce.

I remember Carter's fireside chat. It didn't offend me as much as others since I didn't listen to a single thing he said and quickly turned it off. I suppose he thought the people would relate to him better if he looked like a working citizen regardless of what a poor excuse of a president he was.

I agree, the position of the office should show respect, dignity and formality.

This "genius" attempt to be a regular joe failed like all his other irresponsible, idiotic stunts so nothing he did surprised me. Just like the POS we have in office now.

The Bible assuredly didn't have anything to do with the election, however that ties into the fake White House.
