After the victim withdrew the maximum of $800 at the TD Bank ATM, the robbers wanted more
The bank employee at the teller window sensed something was up, and the robbers ran away when she asked the victim if he was okay
The robbery comes as crime throughout the city is up 2.6 percent compared to September of last year
