Happy Dappy Joe and his fellow misfits are going to welcome all former Taliban engineers and others to the U.S.! They will be taken off the 'no fly' list of names. So, those Taliban people who made it possible to fly planes into the Twin Towers are now welcome and won't have to fly any more planes!
