      Half the phrases in that link are "in quotation marks" so it's "impossible" for me to "figure out" what the hell they're talking about.
      Because the "devil" is in the "details."

      But more broadly that link is another example of a blogger getting the shivers because a corporation isn't running it's business the way they like. Some random guy is bothered by corporate training that doesn't centerpiece his point of view. Well that's what happens when people have a business to run and no time for blogging.

        No doubt there's some personal input but for the "most part" it "sounds" like something a large corp would do "these days".

          Where's "Boggs" when we "need" him "most"? He was the unofficial king of quotation marks. Walmarts are popular with minorities. They may have decided this training helps the bottom line.
