The Secretary of Transportation has been on maternity leave since August.

Will somebody please explain to His A-Holiness that a Cabinet position is not part time employment, rather twelve to sixteen hours a day six and a half days a week and more when there is a crisis in that particular segment of the National Interest which they are responsible for.
