Moment brazen robber jumps the counter at Bronx smoke shop before being beaten by group of store workers until he fled

A man in a grey hoodie attempted to hold up a smoke shop in the Kingsbridge Heights area of the Bronx on Saturday night

The man entered the shop at 11:40pm and tried to force the cashiers to hand over the money

Instead the two men grabbed hold of him and began beating him up with their fists

The unfortunate thief fled, and NYPD are now offering a $3,500 reward for information that leads to his arrest
