maybe some Jurers are getting wobbly while others are more stalwart.
Easy way out is a stalemate. Leave it to others. It's a cop out if that

There is always an element of drama, even theater in such a case at this one. The man is a fool who would thoughtlessly fail to play the hand dealt to the very best possible outcome. A courtroom is no place to sacrifice oneself on someone else's anthill. In this case, the genuine tearful testimony of a innocent man and the clumsy methods of the prosecution will very likely yield a verdict of not guilty. This will outrage those who believe justice is about right and wrong. Of course, justice is about the law. According to the law, the accused is of course innocent.
