Rittenhouse Judge should declare mistrial with predudice Now ...

before the Jury declares they're deadlocked, otherwise he'll be accused
of being in favor of the defendant. He has ample evidence of prosecutorial
misconduct with the video and prosecutors witholding witness identity.
The Judge is going to be vilified anyway plus he said he would rule on
mistrial demanded by defence until after Jury comes in with verdict.
That would only make it worse. Do it now otherwise this bunch of wussies
on the jury will still be deciding come Christmas.
They say that only idiots get to be on Juries because smart people manage
to wriggle out of it. (Maybe they're right)

Fortunately, he didn't declare a mistrial, and the juries' verdict will go a long way to justifying his conduct of the trial.

Nor was it. A great day for justice.
