    Not Guilty

Daily Caller has just said Rittenhouse is not guilty of all charges.

Several conservative sources have posted repeats. How long will it take the scum to acknowledge this? They are working on the spin right now.

I'm glad to hear it. This a a law our country has. The right to carry. The right to defend ones self.

No, it is in keeping with precedent. The right to self defense, as an absolute affirmative defense in this country is well established though it varies, sometimes a lot from state to state. Wisconsin has a very strong self defense law.

Had he been convicted he would have had an excellent case on appeal.

I am not surprised. I've said over and over that juries are almost all made up of serious people who want to do the right thing. I felt the same way when people said Zimmerman would be convicted, He was acquitted as well.

Most people are not psychopaths who can kill without remorse or regret. For the regular guy, when that trigger is pulled and somebody dies life will never be the same. A lot will be lost even if you win and are completely legally justified.

There was an excellent analysis of the case on the Internet -- to make a long story short, the prosecution made no attempt to prove a a crime. They apparently expected the jury to rubber-stamp the charges.

Can't find it without an extensive search -- but this is pretty close. Note how prosecution witnesses' testimony jibes with the defense.

If it set a precedent I would say it's a win for gun rights , as the NRA is claiming victory . Me personally I don't think it's worth interjecting myself into this now if it was my town or property that would be different .

Heard on fox news that Tucker Carlson has signed Kyle up for a interview.

I have to congratulate the Jury. It took courage seeing that they were photographed
and threatened with violence. I'd guess one or more members needed to be convinced
that the truth is worth the risk. Else, why three days ?

Rittenhouse's lawyer said he will file lawsuits against all who called Kyle a 'white supremist, etc. That will include Biden too! I hope he wins ( the lawyer that is)!
