Why should billions of Chinese be denied the right to vote?

If non US citizens are allowed to vote in American elections, why should they be required to live here?

Citizenship is meaningless today. Illegals can vote, US citizens living abroad can vote, so why can?t non citizens living in China, India, and North Korea have the same right to vote.

I assume you are talking about some US cities allowing non-citizens to vote in local elections. Yes?

    I wonder about that too.

But to my knowledge they cannot vote in state or federal elections.

So for example it's possible that Dogtag can vote in California local elections but not state/federal.

Maybe he can tell us how that works there.

Why would one care about citizens, Chinese corporations already control the vote in the United States. Just like Russia does, through the lobbying efforts of the NRA.

You have no idea about my voting eligibility here, so keep your guesses to yourself.

So you think the Russians put Trump into office and then the NRA had the Chinese overthrow him and install Biden?

Makes as about as much sense as the other nonsense I am seeing put forth.

                  Ugh...Citizens United?

Trump has nothing to do with this.

Russia has an extensive export business, in particular one for ammunition. You don't see a connection there? It's not exactly 4D chess. Russia would really like sanctions lifted on the minimal things they can produce.

And what did the SCOTUS ruling have anything to do with Russian ammunition and the NRA? The non-availability of ammunition here has a lot more to do with stupid hoarders shooting themselves in the foot than some restriction on Russian imports.

BTW what restrictions that were in place in 2009 were removed by Trump?
