What's happening now is a tragedy in which the United States Government (read that Biden Administration) is an unindicted co conspirator. Every girl who is trafficked as a result of these awful policies, everyone who dies in the desert or suffocates in the back of a truck's blood is on the hands of the Biden administration, and I don't say that lightly or with any satisfaction. I can't even contemplate the Fentinol disaster that's related to this, it's just too horrifying.

It might not work out quite the way the Dems expect. A heck of a lot of the people coming in now are coming from Venezuela and Cuba where they are fleeing Communism. The ones who aren't include a quite high number of middle class entrepreneurs from all over the world, not just the Americas. they're the ones who have the money to get here from these assorted countries and it is not cheap. Small businessmen and anti Communists aren't necessarily the best Dem constituents, especially if its an anti-Communist small business owner. I listened to an illegal from Venezuela who speaks better English than me on "the tube" today. These are not the usual thing in Mexican or Central American field hands or mill workers.

A new Marist poll indicates that only 33% of Latino respondents approve of the current administration. If that's anywhere close to accurate it's unbelievably bad news for the Dems. If the Dems cease being the party of "minorities" what are they?

Unrestricted Immigration allows in boatloads (literally) of undesirables along with the folks you actually want, whether it was the Mariel Boat Lift or the mess at the Southern Border right now, but you are painting with a very broad brush. For example, I remember when the Cubans came in in the late '50s. While every group has outlaws in it overall they have been a decent hard working lot; the same with East Asians, and many South Asians as well as other groups I could rattle off if I wanted to use more space. I suppose you do not include the big waves of Scandinavians, Germans, Irishmen, Poles and Italians who came in 100 - 150 years ago who weren't exactly welcomed with open arms in many cases either. The biggest mass lynching in the United States was of Immigrants in New Orleans at the turn of the last century; 11 Italians were strung up in March, 1891.

Immigration is a system where people from other countries who want to live here arrive at dedicated points for screening and process. In times past they had prove some type of skill to show they would be self supportive and still they had to have a damn good reason to want live here. They were also screened for health status and criminal activity.

What we are experiencing now is an act of invasion, an act of war by those who want to leech on to our welfare system. Look at all the women who come here pregnant. They come here for the jobs left vacant due to welfare paying people not to work. They take these jobs initially, establish themselves, then get on welfare. These are not expected immigrants from places like Europe. Instead, like Trump said, these people only come from chithole countries.

These people are not immigrants. They are illegals.

We don't need reform. We ALL know things will just be made easier for them.

We need our existing laws enforced and accountability from elected officials on why the laws are not being enforced.
