A joint reply denying the report, signed by both Justices and supported by a statement from the Chief Justice has resulted in NPR calling all three liars.

No NSD affiliate I have encountered lately has a smidgen of truthfulness, integrity, or honesty. JMHO

Sotomayor has diabetes and is present for oral arguments virtually. So her chair next to Gorsuch is empty.

What is in dispute is whether or not Roberts directed the bench to "mask up". He's correct to point out there's no written policy. NPR however sticks by their reporting, that some sort of verbal request, suggestion, hint, whatever you want to call it, was put out there.

Fact remains Gorsuch is unmasked and Sotomayor refuses to sit next to him as a result.
