The population of NYC is over 8 million, so the odds of being a victim of a hate crime against Latinos is about one in a million. About the same as the odds of a liberal doing anything good for the country.

a lot of Asians had stores (think convenience ) in the low income area, and had a rep for high prices etc,
they also had a rep for buying stolen goods to resell, and for playing games with food stamp redemptions, ( trading stamps or EBT now for non compliant things)
