Just another Typical Democratic City ruining our country!

You can't go anywhere without being fearful in Baltimore... And it's just another typical Democratic city having the highest crime rates?

You can't go anywhere without being fearful.' Families of gun violence victims in Baltimore - dubbed 'a bit of Haiti in the mid-Atlantic' by Tucker Carlson - blast Democrat leaders for failing to take action after deadliest January in 50 years

Baltimore, Maryland, suffered its deadliest January in almost 50 years, with 36 homicides - most of which were shooting deaths in robberies and brazen attacks

For the past seven years there has been an average of one homicide every 30 hours in Baltimore

Rosheda Murray's 26-year-old son Romar Burden was shot dead in 2020 - eight years after his twin brother Rodrick was gunned down at the age of 18

Her youngest son, Jarrod, nine, is now also growing up without a father after Murray's ex-partner Qurell Gittings, 38, was shot dead in 2014

Last February, Kaelin Washington, 11, was shot in the back when a gunfire erupted while she was walking from her godmother's house to the store

'I heard four or five shots and I got scared. I wanted to run but I froze and it was too late. Then I felt it in my chest,' the brave little girl told DailyMail.com

Her mother Jasmine Ramsay, 33, was born and raised in Baltimore but admits she can no longer let her daughter be a normal child and play outside

Victims of Baltimore's rising gun violence spoke out after Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson blamed Democrats for the city's high homicide rate last week

Well we can only conclude that as bad as it is under Democrats, it would be that much worse under the GOP. Ditto Chicago. Republicans would privatize all city services to buddies, campaign donors, and the garbage would pile up like in the classic strikes of the Good Old Days.

What a bunch of "Barbara Streisand." I know New York, I worked there when it was almost as bad as it is now in the early to late 70s under Lindsey and Koch, went bankrupt under Abe Beam and laid 0ff 25% of the police force, yes and a bunch of garbage men. then it was even worse under Dinkens. The "Rs" (Guilliani and Bloomberg) took over and instituted policies that made the place heaven on earth compared to when I was there and I know because I actually worked a couple of details there when they were mayors. Then that idiot DiBlasio took over and made it even worse than it was when I left in '78.

Baltimore was a cesspool in the mid 70s. It's a worse cesspool today. I know from personal experience. They wouldn't vote for Abe Lincoln there. You can't save people from themselves and You have no earthly idea what you're talking about.

Also, a Dem in Houston is still darn close to a Republican in New York, Turner isn't as "right wing" as Bloomberg when it came to city logistics and safety, but he's a lot better here than anything Baltimore ever had in its wildest wet dream in the last 50 years. Under the "Rs" New York City was safer than London and that's documentable. We we do have public safety issues here in Houston due to Soros Dem Judges which even the lefty press is having "buyer's remorse" about, but we "ain't defunding no police," the blue line flag proudly flies all over the place here and the streets aren't lined with homeless camps.....then there's Austin.

A heavily majority black city is still a long way form ever voting "R" for anybody, no matter how black, articulate or qualified, or well funded for anything; cause hell, if you don't vote a "D" you ain't Black. Just ask the President, Kim Klacic or the Congressional Black Caucus(s) that won't admit duly elected Black Republicans.

Do you actually check this out our just throw that stuff out there.

This forum has a lot of problems. Hard feelings among people who actually posted about gun stuff have decimated it. I sometimes wonder if you're just trying to kill off the new growth, is it deliberate or do you just not consider before you but keyboard in motion because this is starting to look deliberate.

                    So suspend me.

                    P.S.

Oh, on the Garbage. I don't recall garbage strikes under the two above mentioned Republican Mayors in NYC. That would have been front page news. I do under the Dems. In fact there was a garbage pick up slowdown (job action) under DiBlasio in which I read articles that said the trash pilled up in Brooklyn as badly as it did in the '70s layoffs (Beame,) strikes of '68 (Lindsey,) and '81 (Koch) liberal Dems all. It is supposed to illegal, at least an instant firing offense, for a public employee to strike against the public interest. Reagan knew how to handle that and didn't, as I remember folks like you predicting, destroy the Air Traffic Control System, (they sure thought they were indispensable) and there has never been another Federal strike.

This is why I ask people to ignore him. He has nothing serious to say -- he just likes to make smart a$$ remarks.

It was working pretty good until "someone" said, it was racist. You can't be racist even if it makes everything better (for a time). It is cast in stone. You better be nice whether R or D these days. I hesitated to kill a fly this morning because, well, it was black. Now EVERYONE wants "rights" to do anything they please.
What took the right so long to go bonkers? Good manners? Well, that's out the window. Total chaos is fun (if your 25 yrs. old). And I thought the Canadians were so polite.

Would you care to name a large Republican run city that is worse than large Democrat run city?

This is a standard Progressive tactic -- "They never did this, but I think they would, so they're guilty."
