Wantez Tullos, 31, was charged on Friday with first-degree assault after he was caught on surveillance footage whacking a woman with a baseball bat

He has been arrested 26 times since 2008, including for first-degree robbery, theft, assault and three violations of no-contact domestic violence

Video from January 31 shows the woman, who has not been identified, walking home with a shopping bag in her hand when Tulloss came up behind her

He dropped the bags he was carrying and used both hands to whack her in the head with a baseball bat
She was left bleeding with a fractured skull and is set to undergo surgery

Tulloss was identified due to his distinctive face tattoos

He was living in a transitional housing facility less than 500 feet from the crime, where he hid the clothes he was wearing in an oven

Tulloss, who has a previous criminal history including domestic violence charges and first-degree robbery, is now in jail, where he remains on a $150,000 bail

He faces up to 12 years in prison, and additional time in community custody.

I have the .75 cent cure for that. One 9mm into that POS and call his relatives to come pick up the body, But we are talking Seatlle the land of free "we Are The World " liberals. People who wanted this life style in their communist dream clouds are now reaping the disaster of what really happens, In reality that POS wont spend one year in jail. My heart goes out to that woman.

And what is more sad in the known fact had there been a licensed firearms bystander who witnessed this attack and shot and kill her assailant, I would bet the farm they would lock him up for murdering a poor man who was mentally challenged. All those politicians and do gooders would go on their "ban guns" tirades. And If I say If and sadly if the bystander is not of color and the assailant is....Oh Lord!!! The riots would commence

How bad is it??? Seattle just elected a Republican City Attorney. She isn't the DA but she does do misdemeanors in the City and said there is a new sheriff in town at least on misdemeanors.

Oh, the lady was an Asian going home from work. Very predictably her assailant was a homeless Black guy which is why you don't here too much about Asian hate crime any more. The wrong people are the "haters."
