I am told some neighborhoods are fine and some most certainly are not. Not that different than many cities in this respect.

Now the rats, that's a different story. That's a uniform problem citywide.

I lived on the N/W side which wasn't bad and I see its still pretty free of homicides! But I remember you didn't want to go into some of the other parts unless you had to even then!
