My take is he would not use it as that would turn too many counties against him! But.. of course again, we are talking about Putin!

I believe that, unless Ukraine capitulates , Putin will become frantic. He won't show it publicly but his directions to military units will become more and more destructive. If he does not "succeed" then he will be outed from office..... probably in a bag IMO.
