Russia controls the Syrian airspace through which Israel flies to bomb Iran-backed militias. Israel and Iran are mortal enemies but both play nice with Moscow.

not sure about the Vibe, a friend was there not too long ago and did not mention it,

however I do know a Russian Jew that left Moscow, moved to Israel and then to the US,

when asked, he did not have much to say about Moscow
