WE don't get much from Russia, but the Euros had been getting up to 40% of their winter natural gas from Ivan. Putin has pinched that back a bit even before the shooting started, making good business for North American LNG suppliers.

But the world petroleum market is fungible, and the decision has been made to let that sector still export in the short term, because they all got together and decided that they really didn't want to listen to you bitch about the price at the pump.
