    Not bad Biden

Even the GOP stood up a couple of times. Some stumbles but not too white knuckle. There are about a hundred things to critique but, I'll go for the comedy; Transgender, "I will always have your back". He will have to stand in line. "So, you can be yourselves". Oxymoron? Sarcasm? Who knows? What's appropriate?

Of course the classic: Get control of the border and fix immigration. OMG, that's an even 6,000 times I've heard that. Then about ten "things" they are going to do...except control the border, as I know it. As sane people know it.

OK, one more. Fix everything. That's funny. We can try, but there will always be huge problems arising. In every corner. I liked the speech for the most part. I think Pelosi might have peed a little.

The guy is great. $110.00 oil, and nothing will be fixed. Brilliant move on tapping the strategic oil reserve. That should last almost two days.

No one said it was going to be easy. $110 oil, eh, it's inflation. New numbers, get used to it. I did notice that oil reserves stocks didn't just go up a little, they went up a lot relatively speaking. There's always money to be made in a crisis. v

$15 increase in barrel of oil in a day? Would that qualify as hyper-inflation?

Anyway, Biden says, ‘Putin… will never gain hearts and souls of Iranian people’.

Way to go Joe, wherever you are.

That joke was old right after Kimmel. Maybe a few hours before. Yup, over $100. If you are accurate, that's a lot. I'm hearing inflation might wind down by the end of the year. That's scary. Pringles will be $3 a tube. So, question: did you notice the Iran gaffe or are you repeating what you read? How about, "no wall can stop a vaccine"? I like the old guy. I don't have faith in a lot of his promises. I can't stand Tru..the "other guy" (per the rules here), but I stand for most everything he was for. Sorry, didn't mean to go there.
Some people are getting killed in that country. If Russia is so, all about what belongs to them, then why would they kill their own? Like school shootings, they just shoot without thinking. Yes, there are people who need to be shot (sort of Blue Duck. Look it up). I saw; if Putin has weapons, he will use them. Yup so far, small scale. Is he THAT CRAZY? I think his own crew would stop that. Even Hitler got outvoted eventually. Red thinks Pelosi had an orgasm. I think she just peed a little. By the way ACC looked good (probably misspelled it, but you know who I mean).

If any of it was easy it would be done already.

Immigration reform is held up in Congress by 2 main groups--people who think their heart is in the right place, and business types who like cheap labor and population growth as being good for profits. That's enough to paralyze both parties on the subject.

When does it change? Well I don't think people making money off of the southern inflow are going to give that up easily, and money talks. That leaves the heart-in-the-right-place folks. But remember somebody has to work the meat plants.

The thing about Hitler, he hung on to a lot of people all the way to the end. Appearances notwithstanding, der Fuhrer must know what he is doing. The original 3D Chess master against all the checkers players!

But there were deep thinkers as early as December 11, 1941 who guessed correctly that Germany didn't have the economy to pull this off.

But it took a team effort, didn't it. Then and now.

I think you nailed it. It's really sad that stupid people and greedy people can destroy a country. In a year from now, this war will be over. The termites will still be gnawing away at America.
