there is supposedly enough parts around to fix it, (from 2 other planes never completed)

The plane was in for repairs. The engines were apart so it couldn't fly.

The article I read stated that it would take about $3B to repair it and about 5 years. I don't see where anyone would need it that bad.

I like the Russian bomber that Ukraine shot down a few days ago. And, the Ukrainian soldier that shot down a Russian copter with a Stinger.!
