They passed on the 820 gigabytes of 340,000 files to leakers DDoSecrets
They were released amid fears Russia could cut itself off from the internet today

Nothing says "we're being welcomed as liberators in Ukraine just like we promised" as well as cutting the country off from the internet! My guess is the Chinese web would be considered safe.
