About 6 weeks ago, a friend and his wife went to Venzuala (sp) and stayed there for 2-3 weeks. Now, this time frame is well before Putin invaded Ukraine! Turns out he was there to brokerage oil purchases for our government. He wouldn't/couldn't say how negotiations went! Delaware joe is looking for oil anywhere except here in the U.S. !! Even from Iran where Russia has a big influence!!
