but it isn't going to work. Trying to get an International guarantee that
would bring countries to his aid in the event of a possible future attack
will go over like a lead balloon. And the war goes on. As a Russian
Captain said - the casualty count when this is over is going to horrify
the Russian people. I would imagine the same will go for the Ukrainian
people. There won't be a winner, just two losers.
