Putin prefers dunces in the military chain of command (like Stalin before Barbarossa hit home) but wants the sharpest people he can get at the central bank. Anything that makes their job harder is fine by me. And if Russians get a taste of their own hacking medicine, also okay by me.

The cyber warfare is a little creepy even if it's considered OK in Special circumstances. Vigilante is an appropriate title. I'm not against vigilantism altogether either. But it's a slippery slope.
