Are we turning the corner on this transgender nonsense ? ...

Society as a whole must at some point relegate this nonsense to the garbage can
otherwise the democrats and the far leftists in particular will push to make it
mandatory in certain cases in order to create some kind of Utopian society.
Republican Governors, not being as stupid as their democrat counterparts, are
taking steps to stop the madness. the Alabama Governor being the latest.
Doctors who willingly perform these genital mutilations should be stricken and
incarcerated. They take an oath to "Do no Harm" but for these liberal minded
medics, oaths are just as their political democrat friends view them, just words.

I dunno. I think it's kind of neat to be able to choose your own pronoun. Mine is "Your Royal Highness, Emperor of the Universe." You should be down on all fours when you say it, banging your forehead against the floor.

I have a kid living in Seattle at the moment and genitals never come up as a topic of conversation. YMMV?

              Seattle; Southeast Asia?

What's the difference? (Other than the homeless camp fires.) LOL

But the US isn't in Southeast Asia last time I checked. So I come back to wondering why some people spend time thinking about the genitals of strangers they will never meet. Fair question, yes?

Not a fair question. The issue is a fringe minority attempting to force the majority into acknowledging their mental illness as having any relationship to reality, which it does not. You have the right to pretend to be what you want as long as so pretending does not impede anyone else’s exercise of their personal freedoms. The attempt to force the majority to acknowledge a mental illness of a minority as a legitimate version of reality is ridiculous.

IMHO transgenders, transvestites, cross-dressers, whatever, are the ultimate in poseurs. They're pretending to be something they never were and cannot become, and they expect the rest of us to accept their fantasies and lives. If you never served wearing a military uniform does not make you a veteran. Why should we put up with their pretenses?

Some things, once seen, can't be un-seen again. Think about Ted Danson. He must be absolutely blind.
