Scammers are every where, all the time.

Do you understand how dentists have scammed their believers out of trillions of dollars over the past 40 years?

The truth is your teeth is going to be healthy or not depending on your DNA. No matter if you brush your teeth or not, it is meaningless.

My wife spent $50,000 on her teeth and they were still a mess. I saw a dentist in 1980 because I had a tooth broken in a fist fight. Now I am 77 years old and haven?t brushed my teeth or been to a dentist in 30 years.

So, be sure you get a deep cleaning ($1,000) every year. It is not going to help your teeth but your dentist is pleased.

What's a deep cleaning? I just get the regular one and it's no big deal. And not $1000 either.

In defense of healthy gums, the bacteria in the mouth can cause vascular inflammation, and lead to heart attacks and such.

I haven't been to the dentist since covid but I am making an appointment next week. It true that tooth or gum disease can really make you sick.
If I should die before I wake...great,a little more sleep.

Why? If you brush your teeth 3x every day why do you need to see him every 6 months?

One reason, and it has nothing to do with your dental health, but has a lot to do with your dentists pocket book.

Not sure, but "deep cleaning" may involve the procedure where the dentist 'cleans/scrapes' your teeth under the gums? I've had that done and it took quite some time for the dentist to do. IMHO, daily brushing removes food particles and massages the gums and followed by a good gargle will freshen your breath too. As an aside; when I was young, I always brushed my teeth and visited the dentist once a year. Never has a cavity! THEN, I went into the Army and within 6 months had several cavities! Maybe it was the mess hall food?
