I've suspected for some time that the reason democrat Mayors,
Governors and assorted officials have made zero efforts to
control our rising gang warfare, Cartel drug imports and all
the violence that goes with such activities is purposeful.
Then I saw this article about the crime problem El Salvador
is experiencing and what their new President is doing about it.
The big question is, if and when El Salvador quells the violence,
will the peoples' civil liberties be returned or remain quelled ?
Power once attained is hard to give up.
Our own liberal anti gunners would love to do the same thing
here and that may very well be what they have in mind.
Goes to show just how important our second amendment is
and why the democrats attack it so often and with such fervor.

history tells us that once we loose a right, we rarely get it back,

historically also, those areas that have the highest rates of 'control' never seem to work out as far as what they want to control,

then the fingers point to the areas that are not 'controlled'


same applies for local taxing as well, like Cigarettes, Tobacco , Liquor etc
