    SCOTUS decision leaked.

Absolute proof that no government activity can be leak proof.

Aw, But I forgot that the IRS with thousands of agents and 10,000 clerks, typists, janitors, and etc. could not leak 40 years of Trump tax returns.

If a dike can be prevented from leaking by sticking a finger in it,
where would you stick your finger in a democrat to stop him or her leaking ?
Which of the eight cavities would do it ?

As for the court case, it only confirms what everyone already knew about these judges. As religious zealouts the Constitution could not be in worse hands. Their abuse of the shadow docket has already demonstrated that.

You don't know who leaked. Speculation is that a conservative clerk leaked it to prevent backsliding.

It's a draft from February. We'll see what the final result is.

Then why are you continuing to bitch about Trump not making his returns public.

You have said dozens of times that Trump is a tax cheat and therefore will not publicize his returns.

Now are you saying the NYT has made them public?

            Put up or shut up!

              The leak isn't the story.

No one cares about the leak as a story. The subject is much more interesting.

              Damn, Red...let Trump go...seriously.

Every single one of you and your boss posts are digging up Trump. Your hatred is so overwhelming you keep bringing up the lies that have been proven as made up BS over and over again.

Put up or shut up. This is not about Roe v. Wade, it is about the entire propaganda bull sheet you and your handler keep on peddling.

The democrats will take any card they can get to try and pick up some of the votes turned away by Biden's looney leadership.

It's quite literally about Roe vs Wade.

                    Chill out a bit.

Let's see how long it takes for Sarah Jane Moore Jr. to crawl out from under a rock.

He was President, and meaningful stuff did happen while he was in office, and he's still a public figure, and sometimes he is relevant to a subject.

What RED did here is bring him in from left field.

Not too hard to see the difference eh?

An interesting aspect of this story is that it immediately became a world-wide story. I was looking at an Australian newspaper on-line and it was on the front page and it certainly was front page news here in Canada. It is such a divisive issue that our Prime Minister felt it necessary to reassure Canadians that there would be no change in our abortion laws. In practice in Canada, there are no abortion laws at all since abortion is treated as a medical issue. There used to be laws on abortion but in 1988 our Supreme Court struck them down.

                              It is a medical issue.

And it shows up in all kinds of ways. Because of newer technologies, fetuses with significant chromosomal defects that used to miscarry may not do so now. And abortion being banned as it will altogether in many places means that there will be live births that immediately need to go to respirators. "Because we can't let the baby die". Parents can of course give up their rights, thereby causing the person to pass into the care of the state. And this, we are told, will be immeasurably better.

Let's not kid ourselves. If you are a conservative billionaire in a state where the abortion laws are severe, or even support a national abortion law (this being advertised already as the next step!!) and one of your heiresses gets knocked up after a Saint-Tropez holiday, the laws are not going to be a problem. Just fly them to a clinic in Canada, or the Carribean, for concierge service, with complete discretion of course.

These are rulings by religious zealots who live in their little bubbles and don't have any concept of how real people come into contact with this issue. As I said, the US Constitution could not possibly be in worse hands right now.
