I thought that title and all royal connections were gone per his choice a couple of years ago edged on by his gold digging wife.

I would say outside of the UK at all as long as they want to keep their traditional culture.

In Harry's case I feel he knew he was so far down the line from ever becoming king that he needed to make publicity for himself. Edged on by his wife, why should he go to all those charity events, speak to school children, go to orphanages, judge at children's beauty contest, etc, etc if he will never have a chance at the throne? Never mind the millions of dollars he received for just being born into the royal family.
