    Sweden and Finland NATO Decision....

Expected in about 10 days, per reports.

Both countries sent representatives across the NATO countries to collect pledges of support during the approval process. That speaks to a likely outcome, but let the process unfold as it should.

This may feed Russian paranoia, but apparently those countries have decided that the Russians cannot be trusted to behave themselves any longer.

In exchange maybe NATO should cough up the useless Hungarians, as a consolation prize to Moscow.

They're paranoid about everyone. Well at least the ones currently in charge are.

Finland showed Russia just who is who when it came to war! Russia lost big time back then!

Not a good idea. Sweden always claims neutrality anyway and
          Finland can look after itself.
Who's willing to go to war with Russia over Finland ?

            1) Russia says the US is not their friend. That includes you whether you believe that or not.

            2) We're better off fighting our main enemies--Russia, China, far away from the homeland.

            3) Letting potential allies get crushed is bad strategy.

Right so we have to be afraid of them guys. They used to call that having a yellow streak, and it never got anyone anywhere.
