    ATF issues rule

ZeroHedge - On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero

Not just 80% receivers but appears to be all the parts to complete a gun. Need a firing pin? Fill out a 4473 and do a background check.

Joke is with 3D printing one can even make caseless ammo.

Prior to the 2020 election, I made sure to get a few replacement parts...if ever parts became the focus of some foolish restrictions.

Good luck getting a judge to agree that a roll pin or screw is in fact a firearm and needs a background check.

bama's and Biden's Judges are more activists than Judges, but as you say
even they might have a hard time ruling a pin a deadly weapon.

Although rolling pins can be pretty deadly

Re: Over reacting. With respect, I remember when the 95 "crime" bill made it about impossible for me to find otherwise common enough magazines, etc. Of course that is now water under the bridge. This sort of stuff is like a duck trying to nibble you to death. It's just something a weak possibly failing administration can do to antagonize voters who will never support it while making it look like they are doing something significant to stem the rise of violent crime ... while at the same time not actually doing anything to capture, convince and punish the criminals as that would of course not look good on the 30 minute news cycle come the next election cycle. Sincerely. bruce.

I agree that it is but a tiny nibble in what the Dem's want, but if you read the changes, it doesn't affect the avg gun buyer much at all,

What ever happened to the law that supposedly required anyone, any gunsmith repairing or doing any machine work on a firearm must buy a expensive world permit.

Turn down the bolt handle on a junk Turkey Mauser action without a international permit and you go go to jail.
