Think we need to unseal juvenile records for people who kill and figure out how and where the ball got dropped. Got a feeling it wasn't this latest a-hole's first rodeo.

Perhaps if the parents were held accountable they would do a little better job in the child raising area and keep guns/cars/drugs/alcohol/etc away from them while in their household.
While this shooter was of legal age to buy a gun in his state there is no legal age where a person is not accountable for their actions. In this case some justice was done and the shooter was killed but had he lived how long would he serve in prison? Probably not long and the parents would face no actions at all.
With murders like this and abortions the value put on human lives is almost worthless. -

Like I said, these shootings are the difference between "can" and "may" in action.
Texas laws punishing this kind of thing are as strong as they can be. Had he lived he would have got the 'cocktail' anyways. You MAY NOT shoot up a classroom without severe punishment.
So pointless to talk about values, choices.
