To me it looks like things are in Depp's favor.
Money wise it may be a wash with no one paying anyone? After all we've talking about 50M and 100M. How much money could Heard cough up?
The only thing they may win is getting it over with and getting on with their lives. (and us)

OK. I spoke too soon.
Looks like the courts awarded Depp 10M (instead of the 100M) and Heard 2M (down from the 50M).
