Calling Ukraine a democracy makes me puke! It is not a democracy, it's a dictatorship! Zewwinsky or whatever his name is, outlawed all opposing parties who want to run against him. But then, that's what our democrats want to do here!

Here are some similar articles. They may all disagree about the rank but all claim the Ukraine is very corrupt.
Perhaps I am in error too. Reading these reports, I probably should have said Ukraine is the 3rd most corrupt country in Europe, not the world.

Well, I did say "before" the war. I doubt much changed between the timing of those articles and the Russian invasion and this article backs that up with mentions up to 2021. Presently I don't think their level of corruption maters much but like Iran, who use to be an ally, we need to watch what technology we give them.
