The Gaddafi way, but tried and true punishment. Cruel and inhumane punishment but... in most cases people don't have to steal and consideration is never given to those who are stolen FROM.

Most society's have aid for those who ask so stealing should be a thing of the past for the basic needs of a person or family. I believe if truth be known the stealing usually involves money, expensive or luxury items.

Getting a few fingers or hands whacked off should send a clear message for other would-be thieves on what to expect.

Think how quickly word-of-mouth news would travel if folks got their tallywhackers cut off in cases of rape or non-child support. It would sure cut back on welfare and green cards---everyone would be wanting to work.

Togor you're always bringing up past history and in this case almost 150 yrs 100 yr old history. Move on and see that times have changed in that now the blacks are in control of their own lives and destiny.
