People always come up with BS reasons to try to defend the indefensible.

But look at what he was doing:

Accusing others (falsely) of allegedly having duplicates accounts--from his own duplicate account.

So in other words, it's a bad thing I'm accusing others of doing, while literally doing it myself. Like telling people that "stealing is bad" as they themselves smash a storefront window.

And then.....this is where it gets *really* good....he circles back to this theme! He doesn't have the good sense to leave it in the past!

This is not-the-sharpest-knife-in-the-drawer type stuff. Probably even you have to agree with me on that.

Also I was raised to not fear honest criticism, on the reasoning that any age, we're either getting better or worse, or at least, trying to get better, or trying to not get worse.

From that perspective, better to call out Allen for his omissions than to stand silent as he lets himself go, on the reasoning that "well this is who he is, and he can't do anything about it." That may in fact be true, but is there anyone who really wants the world to give up on them? Even their enemies?
