If these Cops are anything to go by.
The guy's a busker, very popular with the public who hasn't
shot anybody, raped any six year olds or robbed any Grannies.
However there are plenty in NY who have shot people, raped
six year olds and robbed Grannies, which begs the question,
why don't they arrest the violent ones instead of him ?
Easier and safer I guess. No medals for bravery here.

Maybe they're moving back to Broken Window Policing -- which is a good thing.

      What broken windows?

Some anal-retentive, passive-aggressive phoned him into the cops. It takes just one.

By chance is the complaint-filer a friend of yours?

Eric Garner died for our sins. Well, he died so Cuomo's buddies could continue to make big bucks smuggling cigarettes to avoid NY taxes. How much is pack?
