An interesting fact is that so far, Ukraine has not retaliated by attacking Russian civilians and bringing the war home to them. Ukraine may not have missiles that can fly as far as Moscow or St Petersburg but I suspect that they could smuggle in a vehicle full of explosives and set it off in a crowded location. Perhaps they prefer to concentrate on killing Russian soldiers or perhaps they are afraid of losing the moral high ground - but when the Russians attack shopping centres, it would be a temptation to retaliate in kind
