The SCOTUS has nixed the EPA's 'treehugging' rampage, but the EPA
has been rampaging for nigh on two years, regulating the oil industry
and anything else that Biden says is in the way of the solar energy
and windmill paradise he has in store for us. Any attempt to stop
these illegal dictates has to wind it's way through the interminable
court proceedings before winding up before the Supreme Court
where possible redress might be found. The same is true of the other
Federal Agencies that have been corrupted by this Administration.
Whoever said "Justice delayed is justice denied" was spot on.

No worries your remaining years will be spent competing with growing hordes of Chinese and Indian motorists for fillups. The EPA won't stop them.
